  • Handled a broad range of tasks, including KYC reviews, regulatory subpoenas, Financial Crimes  investigations, returned/resubmitted funds, policy advisory, team metrics and trackers.

  • Assessed the impact of issues/violations (legal/regulatory, and policy) and control process gaps to support management in determining disciplinary and corrective actions, and filing regulatory reports, as approprite. 

  • Ensured diligent review of transaction-related as well as deal-related requests and decide on these in full compliance with all applicable Sanctions regulations as well as the Bank’s policies and procedures.

  • Led a high-impact project identifying transshipment through a prohibited sanctioned jurisdiction within the Institutional Cash Management business. Delivered targeted sanctions training to over 180 clients, and over 700 1LoD colleagues, enhancing awareness and compliance.

  • Drafted and edited sanctions-related reference materials, participating in sanctions training programs.
